After commencing his career as a lawyer specialising in commercial and property litigation, James moved to the property sector and has extensive experience in new build developments, renovation projects, property management and capital works. James leads new business for Everyone Homes for the state of Victoria and assists to develop the strategic growth of this specialist division. Solutions focused with a strong emphasis on fostering client relationships, understanding client’s social and commercial needs, James partners with a range of Government bodies, Community Housing Providers, Investors & Consortium Sponsors and Land Holders to bring social and affordable housing developments to successful fruition.
