About EveryOne Homes

Established in 2018, EveryOne Homes is a dedicated division of Metricon Homes, specialising in projects to build social, affordable, and accessible houses. We partner with government bodies, community housing providers, social infrastructure investors and developers to provide holistic solutions for design and construction projects, tailored to the needs of the people and communities we serve. 

Leveraging Metricon’s design, operational and construction expertise together with unparalleled economies of scale, EveryOne builds contemporary, affordable homes efficiently at scale. We manage projects ranging from a few homes on a suburban lot to large-scale townhouse developments and extensive multi-location programs of more than 500 dwellings. 

With the backing of Metricon, Australia’s largest residential builder, EveryOne Homes benefits from extensive knowledge, resources and geographic reach. Metricon builds over 4,000 homes annually across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia, including individual dwellings, dual-occupancy developments, and medium-density projects. 

Our sector-focused designs, many developed specifically for our community housing provider clients, seamlessly integrate into the neighbourhood character of their communities. These homes are designed for tenant comfort and efficient land use, optimising value for money. We also prioritise the use of durable materials to minimise maintenance costs.

Our History

Established in 2018, EveryOne Homes is a dedicated division of Metricon Homes, specialising in building social, affordable, and accessible houses. We partner with government bodies, community housing providers, not-for-profit organisations, and developers of accessible housing to provide holistic solutions for design and construction projects, tailored to the needs of the people and communities we serve.

The Team

The dedicated EveryOne Homes team brings over one hundred years of collective experience in designing and building homes for people from all walks of life.Our diverse team includes business development managers, designers, draftspeople, estimators, town planning and permits managers, contract administrators, project managers and dedicated client delivery role- all united by a passion for social, affordable, and accessible housing.

EveryOne delivers projects across four states: Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, and South Australia. With proven expertise in managing large-scale developments, we frequently scale up our team and operations by leveraging Metricon Homes’ extensive building teams, supplier networks, and trade partnerships. Relying on Metricon’s Quality Assurance systems and processes, EveryOne Homes’ ability to scale seamlessly ensures the timely delivery of complex projects without compromising quality.

Sam Gribble

Sam brings a diverse range of experience to lead the EveryOne Homes team.

Combining his skills developed as a lawyer and corporate finance specialist together with broad experience in housing delivery, Sam works in partnership with Government, Community Housing Providers, and Social Infrastructure Investors to develop comprehensive, efficient and timely solutions for social, affordable and accessible housing at scale. Sam has spent much of his career, both within Australia and across Asia, specialising in joint ventures, crafting partnerships that delivery fairness, reliability and value to all parties. Sam is passionate about leveraging the efficiency of the corporate sector to help organisations that support disadvantaged people – for profit, with purpose.

David Campbell

Deputy General Manager – Operations and Business Development

Dave brings over 30 years of Construction and Development knowledge ranging from Site, Operations and Commercial experience.

After starting from the ground up as a trade to becoming a licensed builder, Dave then directed this knowledge to the operations and senior management side of the construction industry. A creative thinker and great communicator, Dave uses his expertise to achieve positive outcomes for all clients. Dave has extensive experience in Social Housing across multiple providers and is humbled to make a difference by providing EveryOne Homes to people in need.

Melissa Wittig

Business Development & Strategic Projects

Melissa is a forward-thinking leader in the residential building and accessible housing sector.

With over two decades of management experience across property and asset management, interior design, accessible housing, and affordable and community housing development. A rare breadth of expertise across the full consumer pathway—spanning leasing, acquisition, design, construction and long-term asset stewardship. This depth of experience provides a refined understanding of the many factors that influence how residents and investors experience, value and engage with their homes.

Valued for her collaborative approach, Melissa has a strong track record of delivering win-win outcomes for a diverse network of partners, including State Government, Community Housing Providers, social impact investors, developers and Specialist Disability Accommodation providers. Her industry leadership has been recognised through awards for both authorship in sustainable and healthy homes, as well as an App innovation healthy home tool. Melissa leads strategic projects for Everyone Homes with an outcomes-focused approach to projects that aim to deliver high-quality, accessible and socially impactful results.

John Leonardis

National Disability Housing Lead & Business Development Lead - QLD

With over 24 years’ experience in the residential construction industry, John honed his career in operations and product development and now turns that extensive knowledge into helping clients deliver social, affordable and disability housing projects.

Armed with a strong understanding of design compliance across a multitude of regulatory bodies, John is exceptionally experienced in the delivery of accessible housing solutions.

As a founding member of the EveryOne team, John has built strong relationships with Government clients, Community Housing Providers, Social investors and Land development partners and has led a variety of large scale projects spanning social, affordable and disability housing.

John volunteers his time as a State Committee Member for Housing All Australians in Queensland and is passionate about supporting the community and providing housing for those most in need.

James Carnell

James has over 30 years’ experience in residential construction, project and property management in Australia and the UK.

After commencing his career as a lawyer specialising in commercial and property litigation, James moved to the property sector and has extensive experience in new build developments, renovation projects, property management and capital works. James leads new business for Everyone Homes for the state of Victoria and assists to develop the strategic growth of this specialist division. Solutions focused with a strong emphasis on fostering client relationships, understanding client’s social and commercial needs, James partners with a range of Government bodies, Community Housing Providers, Investors & Consortium Sponsors and Land Holders to bring social and affordable housing developments to successful fruition. James has a professional and personal interest in developing social, affordable and accessible housing for those in our communities that need it most.

Duncan Lock

Duncan’s has over 25 years development and housing sector experience that has seen him play key roles in the delivery of major projects in South Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria.

Duncan is passionate about quality development and housing outcomes. Having held senior executive positions at State and General Management level within Tier 1 and 2 developers and in the volume home building sector, Duncan has the rare ability to devise thoughtful land and housing design solutions, and he has a keen interest in community, affordable and specialised housing having extensive experience with major integrated housing infill developments, small lot affordable housing and product innovation.

Mark Edwards

Business Development Manager - NSW

Mark’s passionate about securing housing solutions that support the timely delivery of safe, secure and affordable homes within our communities.

Mark is a collaborative and strategic thinker with more than two decades of experience across property development, community housing, town planning, and infrastructure delivery. Known for his personable approach and ability to align complex operations with community outcomes, Mark brings a deep understanding of both the social purpose and commercial drivers that underpin the delivery of social and affordable housing.

Prior to joining EveryOne Homes, Mark served as Director of Property and Housing at a Community Housing Provider, where he led the delivery of new homes and specialist disability and domestic family violence refuge accommodation projects.

Mark’s career has spanned leadership roles in both the private and not-for-profit sectors — from managing national development portfolios and driving organisational turnarounds, to forging partnerships with government, capital investors and community housing providers. His focus is always on building homes that change lives, with an emphasis on design quality, accessibility, and long-term community benefit.

Mark works closely with landowners and developers, government departments, community housing providers, local councils, and capital partners to expand EveryOne Homes’ reach and impact across New South Wales

Peter Sewoff

With over 25 years of experience, Peter brings a wealth of design knowledge, primarily gained through delivering both single and multi-unit residential projects.

 

He is passionate about taking a solution-based approach to every project, exploring different ways to best meet the needs of each client. Peter takes pride in designing practical spaces that enhance the quality of life for all occupants while showcasing a design flair that adds value to each community. His particular interest in social and affordable housing reflects his commitment to providing access to one of life’s basic needs – a place to call home. Over the years, Peter has been involved in all aspects of project delivery, including conceptual design, estimating, certification, and project management. His ability to map the overall course of a project and see the “big picture” ensures a smooth and efficient experience for each client.

 

Trish Randall

Client Delivery Manager – National

Successfully leading teams in both the Finance and Residential Construction sectors for over 35 years, Trish has delivered numerous projects on-time and on budget.

Commencing her career in the Banking and Finance Sector as a Financial Planner then Business Development Manager, Trish moved into the Residential Construction Industry applying systematic processes and techniques to plan, manage and deliver ‘Knock Down Rebuild’ projects on schedule. Trish’s experience extends across project Specialist Disability Accommodation, Retirement Villages, Social and Affordable housing.

Sharon Lumby

Housing Delivery Manager - National

Sharon is a dedicated and results-driven professional with extensive experience in project management, site management, and client relationship management within the construction and housing sectors.

Sharon’s role is unique to the EveryOne Homes business. As ‘Chief Problem Solver’, Sharon is focused on ensuring that issues that arise during the construction phase are promptly triaged and dealt with by a dedicated resource that has the capacity and capability to solve issues quickly, without distracting the broader construction and operational teams from their delivery focus. For Homes Victoria this means that homes will be delivered earlier, with no compromise to quality.

With a Diploma of Building and Construction and a proven track record in both commercial and residential projects, Sharon excels in delivering high-quality, timely, and budget-compliant housing solutions that support community needs. Sharon has lived experience with disability within her family, always ensuring a people first approach supporting and enhancing strong client relationships with trust and credibility. Her previous experience in the commercial space further highlights her ability to manage complex projects, including public housing programs and large-scale commercial refurbishments. Sharon’s key competencies include strategic thinking, risk management, and excellent communication skills, making her an ideal fit for the Housing Delivery Manager role at EveryOne Homes.
