Combining his skills developed as a lawyer and corporate finance specialist together with broad experience in housing delivery, Sam works in partnership with Government, Community Housing Providers, and Social Infrastructure Investors to develop comprehensive, efficient and timely solutions for social, affordable and accessible housing at scale. Sam has spent much of his career, both within Australia and across Asia, specialising in joint ventures, crafting partnerships that delivery fairness, reliability and value to all parties.
